Advanced Open Water Diver

Course Description

This practical course in more advanced diving allows participants to increase their level of knowledge and understanding about themselves and their diving. Topics include precision buoyancy control and dive planning, Underwater Navigation, protocols for the use of specialty equipment such as reels and surface marker buoys, Night Diving, Deep diving and introduced to Search and Salvage basics.

Participants who successfully complete the classroom and pool work will qualify for an Open Water certification experience, which must be taken separately and is not included in the course fee. Successful completion of the Open Water experience will result in a PADI Advanced Open Water Diver certification.
