Proctor Administration Tool

To log in, use your GT credentials (same as email).

  • Click here to log in
  • Click on Login (top right hand side)
  • Enter your GT username and password
  • Click SUBMIT

You should be able to view and update your profile, manage proctor nominations, and check exam submission records.

GT Courses

The GT Courses site is where recorded lectures are located. To access the GT Courses website:

1. Go directly to Log in using your Georgia Tech user name and password. The recordings are located in the courses pane located on the left side of your screen.

**Use the same user name and password you use to log into your GT email for both T-Square and You need to activate your GT account before you can access this site.

**All ZIP files for the courses will be available for two weeks after the class ends. The files will be deleted after that date.

GT Email

To activate your email account go to

Click "I need to activate my account and enter information."

After activation, go to, enter your GT user name and password supplied to you by OIT.

If you do not have a GT email address and password, please contact OIT at 404-894-7173.

Note: If you have NOT used your GT email account within 3 months you will need to contact OIT at 404-894-7173 to reset your password.

GT Email Account Once your account is activated the same username and password will allow you to log into T-Square, GTcourses, and the Distance Learning site.
RGO Students are required to activate their OIT account.

This account provides email and access to many GT computing services.

The GT email account is the primary method the institute uses for communicating with students.

The institute expects students to check this email regularly.


Questions about your ID or PIN? E-mail

Forgot your PIN? Enter your User ID, leave the PIN blank and click the "Forgot PIN" button. Answer your security question correctly and you can reset your PIN. 

Don't know your GTID#? Click here and follow the prompts.

Logging into OSCAR

OSCAR - RGO students only

Go to, click Secured Access Login, enter your User ID and password.

Your USER ID is your student ID number (GTID#).

Your original PIN is your date of birth in mmddyy format, which you must change upon your first entry to the system.


Log into T-Square to access handouts, assignments and graded work.

  • Go to T-Square at
  • Click the YELLOW 'Login' button located in the upper right hand page of the screen.
  • Enter your username and password supplied to you by OIT, Click Log in
  • Select your course from the tabs along top of the page
  • Under COURSE TOOLS to the left of the screen click the RESOURCE button, which contains course and other relevant information. This is where you will access your course handouts and assignments.

Homework submissions and graded work are uploaded to your 'DROP BOX' which can be found under 'COURSE TOOLS'.

Your professor may have additional information about the course, check with them to make sure you are not missing any supplementary materials they may have provided to the on-campus students.

Access to Recorded Lectures

For convenience, we also provide a link to the GT Courses and Tegrity websites located at the left side of the screen in the COURSE TOOLS.

Courses lectures will only be available for two weeks past the last exam in the current semester. It is best to download the ZIP files and save them to your computer.

Tegrity is a recording tool that is used to distribute classroom recordings, supplemental material provided by instructors, and student presentations. Service is available to every student and instructor with a valid GT User ID and password. Recordings may be created on either PC or Apple computers and may be viewed on both systems as well as Android and iPad/iPhone mobile devices.

  • Go to and login using your GT user name and passwords. Course recordings will be listed in folders in chronological order.
  • Test your computer here to make sure that you can view the Tegrity recordings. Review a list of system requirements for viewing a Tegrity recording.
  • Recordings may be viewed online as a web stream or downloaded to your personal device for later viewing.
