The Manufacturing Leadership Certificate is a results based program to build your knowledge and skills so that you are equipped to lead, improve, and sustain your organization’s long-term operational and business performance. The certificate program, is taught to be easily understandable and immediately applicable, by instructors that work in more than 300 manufacturing plants a year. The certificate program consists of three in-person and two on-line required courses, as well as two elective courses of your choice. Upon completion of the certificate program, participants will be able to create and support a culture of continuous improvement, communicate with the C-Suite, and align and measure goals within your team and the organization, helping reduce costs, increase business, and produce jobs for your company.

Certificate Requirements

  • Certificates must be completed within 6 years; courses completed more than 6 years ago may not be applied toward certificate.
  • All courses applied to a certificate program must be taken from Georgia Tech.
