Scrum Leadership Certificate

Demonstrate the accomplishment of core Scrum knowledge with the Georgia Tech Scrum Leadership Certificate. Although there is no such role as a team lead in Scrum, there can be an organizational champion, and this certificate gives you the holistic understanding of the Scrum principles and values to achieve greater transparency and a better set of balance in productivity and flexibility.

Scrum is an Agile framework for completing complex projects and services. Our certificate program prepares you to implement Scrum principles and empower your team to produce quality products and services to your customers quickly and efficiently. Scrum happens in a collaborative and transparent environment that motivates everyone involved and transforms your entire organization. Learn about the various roles that make up a successful Scrum Team and develop your capability to transform your organization to achieve higher levels of success and overall business goals.

All courses within this four-course certificate are taught by a Certified Scrum Trainer®, ensuring alignment with the Scrum Alliance and therefore helping prepare you for the Scrum certification exams. Class exercises and activities provide you with an opportunity to get hands-on Scrum practice training, equipping you with immediately applicable skills and tools.

This certificate is ideal for aspiring professionals who want to gain a full understanding of Scrum and deliver value to their organization using this team-based approach.
