Basic Radar Signal Processing Concepts

Course Description

This course introduces radar operators, technicians, technical managers, and those new to the field to the goals and concepts of the major signal processing methods used in modern radars. The most important methods used to suppress interference and detect targets are introduced in simple terms, augmented with computer demonstrations and small group exercises to reinforce key concepts. The course provides a strong foundation for interacting with radar signal processing specialists, and for more in-depth study on radar signal processing fundamentals and advanced topics.
