Biography
Bryan Harber was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas and enjoyed his college time in Austin, where he earned a BBA in Management and Human Resources from The University of Texas, equally as much. He can always be transported back when enjoying some good Tex-Mex (give Chuy’s a try), barbecue (Texas barbecue that is), a good breakfast taco (when you know, you know), or a hamburger from Whataburger (coming to Georgia finally!!!). Bryan has lived in Atlanta, Georgia for almost 20 years and loves his adopted home where he earned his M.Ed. in Learning, Leadership, and Organization Development from the University of Georgia.
A practitioner in the training and development field for 20 years, whether working for municipal government, state government, higher education, or Fortune 100 and 500 companies, he has always been passionate about the development of organizations and the employees that carry out its mission. Of particular importance are the ideas of learning transfer and application; how do we ensure that what employees are exploring in the classroom, online, or through other learning modes and experiences can be put to use and be impactful for themselves and the organizations they serve.
When not operating in the professional development and learning space, Bryan uses his creativity and problem-solving skills in interior design and architecture projects for himself and others.
