ASPIRE
The latest cohort of aspiring leaders were welcomed into the ASPIRE program at Georgia Tech in September 2024. This cohort includes 54 employees representing 40 different departments across campus in a variety of roles across the Institute in a variety of job roles.
Led by Workplace Learning & Professional Development, the ASPIRE program is designed for those interested in learning to lead from where they are, regardless of position. The program will span four months, consisting of six asynchronous online learning modules followed by six synchronous workshops, for a total commitment of 40 hours. Since the program launch in 2019, ASPIRE will have developed over 200 aspiring leaders.
