Event Details

This annual gathering provides a forum for you to learn about the state-of-the-art advances in power systems engineering. It is designed for electric power utility engineers involved in the control, operation, and protection of electric power systems. 

The Fault and Disturbance Analysis Conference is open to consulting and manufacturing engineers, as well as engineers with protective relaying equipment supply companies. University power system educators and graduate students will also benefit from this exposure to this important topic.

Non-smoking King, Queen, and Double bed accommodations have been blocked at the Georgia Tech Hotel and Conference Center for April 12–17, 2026. Please note that all guestrooms are non-smoking.

Booking Deadline: March 12, 2026

A deposit equal to the first night's stay plus taxes and the Georgia State lodging fee (totaling $284.39) will be processed on or about March 13, 2026. To avoid a cancellation fee equal to this amount, the reservation must be cancelled by the guest by 4:00 p.m. on March 22, 2026. Any reservations cancelled after this time will forfeit the deposit as a cancellation fee. A change in arrival or departure date (shortening overall length of stay) is considered a cancellation of that night or nights and guest will be charged ($284.39) for each night that the length of reservation is shortened.
