Green Initiatives

The Center includes features and offers services that reflect our strong commitment to helping the environment.

Learning in a sustainable setting is not only forward-thinking, but will make an impact with attendees who are concerned about their carbon footprint.

Our facility is 16% more energy-efficient than the national standard, based on ASHRAE (American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers) estimates*.

The Center’s water conservation efforts are paying off, too. Our water-efficient drip irrigation system and drought-resistant native plants reduce watering requirements by 50 percent.* The Center’s water-efficient fixtures use only 25 to 50 percent of the water consumed by typical bathroom fixtures."

Plus, our pedestrian-friendly setting at the center of Midtown Atlanta’s Technology Square makes it easy for you to walk to restaurants, hotels and entertainment.

Whether you’re here for just a couple of hours or several days, your meetings and trainings will take place in an enjoyable, energy-efficient setting with outstanding indoor air quality, non-toxic paints and a focus on recycling.
