Presentations can be brought in via laptop or flash drive and connected to the resident PCs in each amphitheater, meeting room, and conference room (MAC users with presentations on a laptop will need to bring their own adapter).
All of our meeting spaces are pre-wired to facilitate video-capture and video conferences. You can communicate with multiple global office locations via video conferencing or allow remote speakers to seamlessly interact with your attendees through our specially designed systems.
Our events staff will work with you on your specific technical needs from simple to complex, and our in-house technician will be present to ensure effortless use of our equipment.
Video Conference Room
Featuring a state-of-the-art learning environment with classroom-style seating for up to 24 participants, the video conference room features two large, high-resolution plasma displays and five robotically controlled TV cameras. Perfect for meetings where your instructor, trainer, or attendees are offsite, this space allows for easy distance interactions between parties.
Ideal for computer-training needs including software releases, user-group meetings, and new application training, our computer labs are fully equipped with seating and equipment for up to 20 participants and one instructor. Wired and wireless internet, as well as a printer, are also included in each room.
