The Center's built-in, state-of-the-art technology, and in-house expertise give you the tools to host a successful meeting without disruption or distraction.

Built-in audio/visual systems, video conferencing capabilities, drop-down screens, desktop computers with Internet access, CD- and DVD-ROM drives, printers, laptop connectivity, wireless microphones – it's all included in the Complete Meeting Package. We also provide wireless access for your guests.

Presentations can be brought in via laptop or flash drive and connected to the resident PCs in each amphitheater, meeting room, and conference room (MAC users with presentations on a laptop will need to bring their own adapter). If you've scheduled a video conference, we can ensure a seamless interaction with offsite participants. Should you need to record your meetings, seminars or presentations, our knowledgeable Event Managers will arrange for your more complex needs.

The Center takes the worry out of managing meeting technology. Some hotels and conference centers use a third party for technology equipment and support. We stand apart by offering access to our in-house support staff to meet your technical needs.

You also will work with the same event planning staff to secure what you need for a seamless meeting. Upon arrival, you and your guest speakers will be walked through the technology for reassurance about the effortless use of our equipment.
