Charlotte L. Grove, CET CIT is a Principal EHS Consultant for International Training Consortium (ITC).
She has over twenty years experience as a Certified Environmental Trainer, Senior Instructional Designer, and Facilitator. Charlotte is highly experienced in the design, development, implementation, and supervision of technical, skill‑based and continuing education training programs, domestically and internationally. She has provided on-site training in leadership, management, supervisory, health and safety, and regulatory guidelines to a large number of public and private sector organizations and industries. She has worked in union and non-union environments designing multi-level competency based training programs.
For over four years she worked in Puerto Rico as Director of Instructional Technology for an international contract operations firm. There she was responsible for the multi-level training program for 6,000+ island wide water and wastewater employees. After leaving Puerto Rico, Ms. Grove spent 13 months in Bangladesh as Project Manager for a US Department of Labor - International Relations Occupational Safety and Health Program.
Charlotte has Bachelors in Social Work, a Masters in Business Administration and is currently pursuing a Masters in Environmental Health and Safety. Charlotte is an authorized OSHA Outreach Trainer in General Industry, Construction, Disaster Site Worker, and Mine Safety programs. She has been a member of NESHTA since 1983, served on various committees, the Board of Directors, is a Past President of NESHTA, recipient of the Trainer-of-the-Year Award and Educator-of-the-Year Award.
