John McSwain is a software consultant and emerging technology enthusiast. John has developed applications for the National Basketball Association, PGA, Lowe’s, Halliburton, Walmart, General Motors, Ernst & Young, Macy’s, Bloomingdale’s, Volkswagen, Mercedes- Benz, and InterContinental Hotels Group. John is also a technology instructor and has led classes, workshops, and panels for the Bronx Community College, General Assembly, the Alternative Developer Conference, National Educational Technology Expo, and Georgia State University.
John has been awarded degrees in Mathematics & Computer Science from Georgia Perimeter College, Web Technologies from the University of Connecticut, Human Computer Interaction from Iowa State University, Business Administration from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and Entrepreneurship from the University of Florida.
John regularly participates in local technology hackathons, enjoys modern and vintage video games, an adamant comic book fan, and a professional saxophonist.
