Mike O’Neill is a Senior Research Scientist in the Electronic Systems Laboratory. He is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force serving as an AC-130 Gunship Electronic Warfare Officer and F-111 Weapons System Officer. He also served as an DoD Acquisition Program Manager and USAF Test and Evaluation Program Element Monitor. His time at the Georgia Tech Research Institute has been spent supporting various DoD agencies and contractors in planning, executing, analyzing and reporting flight test programs. His current interests are in developing and improving test and evaluation process including using various statistical tools to improve efficiency and rigor.
