ASPIRE
The latest cohort of aspiring leaders were welcomed into the 2022 ASPIRE program at Georgia Tech on January 26, 2022. The participants represent the third cohort of the program and include 41 employees representing 25 departments across the Institute with a variety of job roles. Since the program launch in 2019, ASPIRE will have developed 146 aspiring leaders.
Led by Workplace Learning & Professional Development, the ASPIRE program is designed for those interested in learning to lead from where they are, regardless of position. The program will span four months, consisting of six asynchronous online learning modules followed by six synchronous workshops, for a total commitment of 40 hours. Upon completion of the course requirements, participants will be celebrated during a closing program in April.
