Course Description

In this course, you will be introduced to Six Sigma principles and gain a basic understanding of its concepts, terminology, and selected tools. For a deeper understanding of the subject matter and calculations, a Six Sigma Green Belt is recommended.

DMAIC  

  • Define – creating a problem statement
  • Define – Process mapping
  • Define – Cost of Quality
  • Measure – Introduction to Measurement System Analysis
  • Measure – Introduction to Process capability
  • Analyze – Introduction to FMEA
  • Analyze – Introduction to Hypothesis Testing
  • Improve – Quality at the source
  • Control – Introduction to Monitoring and Response with SPC
