Important Course Information

PREREQUISITES

  1. Completion of the following course taken within the last 7 years:
    OSHA 510: Occupational Safety and Health Standards for Construction Industry
  2. Five years of construction safety experience
    (a college degree in occupational safety and health, a Certified Safety Professional (CSP), or a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) designation, in the applicable training area may be substituted for two years of experience)
     

Online Offerings Only: OSHA Atlanta Region

The only students allowed to enroll in online (Virtual Instructor Led Training) courses are either:

  • those living or working in the OSHA Atlanta Region. This includes Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and a portion of Florida. Please refer to this map for more information on OSHA Regions.

  • those who are previous GA Tech OTIEC students.
