Threat Radar Systems - Advanced

Course Description

Learn about the theory and design of modern ground-based air defense radar systems in this advanced course that specifically addresses radar operation and electronic protection techniques. It also covers full radar systems such as air surveillance radars, target acquisition radars, and target engagement radars. The theory and designs are presented from the perspective of threat radar systems. This course is based on Georgia Tech Research Institute's experience of more than 50 years in intelligence analysis, development of threat radar hardware simulators, and operation of threat radar simulators.

Course Restrictions

This course is classified. Attendance is restricted to US citizens with the appropriate security clearance and need-to-know. All contractors wishing to attend our Need-To-Know Classified Course must have a US Government sponsor’s/contracting officer’s signature. Research Security will ONLY process Need-To-Know Certification and Clearance Form with the appropriate signature. There will be no exemptions to this policy.
