Hyperconnected Deployment Systems

Course Description

This course examines how the Physical Internet (PI) transforms product deployment for retailers, distributors, manufacturers, and suppliers through open-access, multi-party networks of deployment centers. Participants will learn how PI enables cloud-like distribution, expanding stock proximity to customers and improving responsiveness to time, cost, and quality needs. The course also covers planning and design of modular, hyperconnected networks that allow dynamic optimization of inventory placement and fulfillment across regions, continents, and the globe.
