Course Description

In this course, participants will gain an understanding of the basic framework of effective leadership. Instructors will cover the importance of building and engaging leadership teams within your organization. As a participant, you will learn how to overcome the barriers and challenges in today's manufacturing environment, and to successfully engage a culture of organizational excellence.

This course contains 1 ½ days of instruction. Day one is held in a traditional classroom setting and day two, which includes ½ day of online instruction will be held 6 weeks later. Students will not receive a certificate until after the online portion of the course has been completed. If student doesn’t attend a total of 1 ½ days of training, the student will not be awarded credit for the course.
