ISO 9001:2026 Lead Auditor Training

Course Description

ISO 9001:2026 Lead Auditor training helps professionals gain the knowledge and skills required to internally audit their own management system. The course also prepares them to conduct second party (supplier) and third-party (external and certification) audits. As a lead auditor, participants will learn how to manage an organization’s audit program, put an audit team together, lead opening and closing meetings, write audit reports, and manage the audit process for a successful outcome. 

QUAL 1207Q Pre-Course for ISO 9001:2026 Lead Auditor Training is an online prerequisite and is included with your registration. It must be completed prior to attending the classroom training.

REQUIRED:

QUAL 1207Q Pre-Course for ISO 9001:2026 Lead Auditor Training* [hyperlink to course page once published] 

*The online pre-course must be completed, with a score of 70% or higher, prior to the first day of the classroom training.

Materials

REQUIRED (Student must provide):

A laptop that can connect to campus Wi-Fi

Individuals with government-issued laptops may need to work with their respective IT departments to ensure that they can access necessary files during the course.

PROVIDED (Student will receive):

  • A digital check-out copy of the standard ISO 9001:2026 Quality Management Systems – Requirements will be provided for use with the pre-course and during the course.
  • Course notebook
  • Check-out copy of the ISO 19011:2026 standard will be provided. Learners may also purchase the standard (to keep) through the American National Standards Inst. (ANSI) (www.ansi.org) and/or American Society for Quality (ASQ) (www.asq.org). Purchase is not required for the course.
