Distribution Operations Analysis and Design Certificate
The Distribution Operations Analysis and Design Certificate (DOAD) is formulated to arm Distribution Operations professionals to stand out in their careers as experts in facility operations improvement. Emphasis is placed on topics such as: Systematic Methodologies to Facility Layout, Quantitative Analysis of Needed Facility Capabilities, Lean Warehousing Concepts, and Rigorous Tradeoff Analysis of Labor, Equipment, and Facility Alternatives.
